The Salt’s the Thing
Fresh, unsalted boiling water extracts the ‘natural salts’ and favors from shellfish like lobster,
shrimp, crab or crayfish. So we salt the water and create a brackish environment for your shellfish to
cook in, an environment similar to their own natural environment. The Sea Salt doesn’t actually season
the animal as much as it allows the shellfish to preserve its distinct natural flavor.
House Boil
Seasoned By Land & Sea offers our House Blend Boil. An old family recipe, it is designed specifically for seasoning your shrimp, lobster, crabs and crayfish. The House Blend contains Bay Leaf, Celery Seed, Coriander Seed, Cayenne Pepper, Red Pepper, Mustard Seed, Black Peppercorns and Purified Sea Salt. From our family to yours!
